Precautions for Using the Double Speed Aerator
1. Power Supply Voltage
For optimal performance and longevity, ensure the supply voltage remains close to 220V. Operating under significantly lower or fluctuating voltage may reduce the motor’s lifespan.
2. Power Cord Specifications
Use a power cord of at least 3.0 mm² (equivalent to 22/7 gauge) to handle the load. Undersized wiring will lead to poor performance and potential overheating.
3. Wave Output & Bank Stability
This aerator produces twice the wave output of standard models. If your pond or tank bank is structurally weak, take extra care during operation—otherwise, the increased wave action may cause erosion or bank collapse.
4. Electrical Safety
The power cord must never come into contact with water under any circumstances. As a critical safety measure, do not connect the power supply while anyone is in the water.
5. Gear Oil Maintenance (Critical)

Before starting: Never operate the motor without first filling the gear case with oil. Doing so will damage the gear teeth and permanently reduce the aerator’s capacity.

Initial change: After the first 7–10 days of use, drain the initial gear oil and replace it with fresh oil.

Routine changes: Afterwards, change the gear oil every 5–6 months.
